Everyone reaches it at some point, at every level, which means you’re not actually alone on it, even when it feels that way. So we talk about it directly: the pauses, the pivots, the comebacks, and all the awkward, funny, quietly hopeful moments that never make it to LinkedIn.

We start with laughter, not because it isn’t hard, but because humor is how you keep moving and stay sane. This isn’t a place to spiral over your coffee; it’s the group chat that helps you get back on your feet. And we keep the focus on the limbo, not the blame.
